2Corinthians 9:8 reveals that “God is able to make All Grace abound towards you; that you, Always having sufficiency in All things may Abound to Every good work.”(KJV)

Notice that the word abound appears twice in this passage, why: because the Lord making it obvious to us that He is interested in us living a life of overflowing blessings. The word Abound is the greek word ‘perisseuo’ which means to exceed a fixed number or measure, to overflow, to exceed, to furnish one richly, so that he/she has abundance and increase.

Thus, we see that God is interested in making All grace overflow in excess towards you, so that you can have All supply (sufficiency) in All things, in other for you to be exceedingly overflowing in Every good work.

Notice, God is the one making this Grace available and abounding towards you. You are Not trying to make this work, rather He is the one pouring an overflowing dimension of blessing on your life. Many times in our walk through life, we are tempted to force doors open on our behalf, to try to make things work on our behalf and to make ends meet for us; but Jesus Is saying “No, come to me, come and learn of me and allow me open the doors of torrential blessings in your direction, because the outpouring of My Grace can never be stopped nor limited.”

Isaiah 55:2 reveals the word of the Lord saying, “Why do you spend money for that which is Not Bread? And your labour for that which does Not satisfy?…” Meaning God was saying, the things you seek after without Him right now can Never satisfy you. Just as He said to the Samaritan woman at the well in John 14:11-14, if you drink of this earthly well (of life’s supplies and struggles) you would surely thirst again. But if you drink solely of Christ well of life, focusing on Him and allowing Him to be your life and your life’s essence; leading you, guiding you and showing you the way to live, you will NEVER Thirst again. But how can we gain access to this abundant life of blessings?

The Lord cotinues speaking in Isaiah 55:2 saying “hearken diligently unto me and eat that which is good, and let your soul delight itself in fatness.”
Isn’t it interesting that from the past into the present, Jesus’s paramount focus has Always being, “come to me, listen to me, pay close attention to me, and follow me; doing Only what you see and hear me do” So, we see that this Grace is simply about yielding to the Lord; Not trying to make things happen by yourself, engaging in things that has Never being His will for you to do in the First place. But allowing Him lead you in the way to go, showing you His perfect plan for you and following His lead and obeying Him and watching Him open the gates before you in a way that they can never be shut just as He said to Cyrus Isaiah 45:1-3.

For we see the secret to the successful ministry of Jesus on the earth, in John 5:19 & 30 where He said “I can of myself do nothing, but the things I see the father do, those are the things I do also” meaning, Jesus lived life as revealed to Him by the father,

Not chasing after shadows as many of us do but in paying attention to the Father He got things done Gracefully, and so would we also. For instance the word hearken in Isaiah 55:2 is the word ‘shâma’ in Hebrew, which means to hear, to listen, to agree with and to obey. It means to give full attention to someone or something with the purpose of yielding to that thing or person. Thus i perceive that the Lord is saying to you right now, “Stop the pursuit after shadows. Stop the pursuit after things that could Never satisfy you and focus on Christ Jesus who is your light, pay attention to Him, obey His lead in your life according to Psalm 23 and Matthew 11:28-29 and your life would Never remain the same in a positive light.
